Got into a car accident and Carlos was helping me like an angel sent from God and he brought Alen the tow truck to help me. They are absolute angels of God Thank you Lord they came through at the perfect time 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I left my car here after the accident. When they issued a total loss ruling for my car, I called to inform them and retrieve my belongings, only to be told that my car had been towed by Copart yesterday. They allowed my car, which was still legally mine and contained all my belongings in the trunk, to be towed without my permission. I went to Copart in Van Nuys to retrieve some of my belongings, but I couldn't get some. Because of their irresponsibility, I have suffered both financial loss and wasted four hours of my time. This place is very irresponsible. I will file the necessary complaints. I'm updating the comment in addition to the above, the SD card in the dashcam has been stolen.

I had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience at World Auto Body. I brought my 2025 Toyota Camry in recently with some rather ugly rear quarter panel damage, bending, and buckling that for sure needed fixing. Hov, the manager, was such a pleasure to work with, and out of the 5 body shops in my area that I visited, he gave me the most reasonable estimate for the damage. I brought my car in on Monday, June 23rd, 2025, and today (Friday, June 27th), I was able to pick it up— and it looked like the damage never happened!!! Hov and his team are automotive miracle workers, and they went above and beyond (even offering to polish my car!) to ensure a great final result with my repairs. Cannot recommend World Auto Body and its great staff enough.

Worst Body Shop ever not only did they not complete stuff and told the insurance they did! My car is in now worse shape than when I brought it in ! Cheery on top the had stolen my amp out of my car ! When called out on it said don’t tel anyone and Zelle’s me money ! Upon leaving a negative review the owner called me demanding and threatening me that I take the review down! Laughed in his face and said talk to my lawyer !

Unbelievable service. Our Mercedes was involved in a very bad wreck. The damage was extensive and severe (first picture doesn't do justice to the amount of damage). World Auto took on the job and did so enthusiastically. They dealt with the insurance company. They kept us informed throughout. Their work is truly top notch. I couldn't ask for better service, customer support, and body work. I've also rarely seen the level of friendliness and professionalism every single person I interacted with showed. I can be a little picky sometimes, but these folks gave no opportunity for any of that! Highly highly recommend!
